Having trouble connecting your phone to the Internet? Please check the following.

2. Is your device getting any signal?

Make sure airplane mode, wi-fi, bluetooth are all OFF.

1. Please double check the APN setting.

Make sure there is no spelling mistake.
Make sure you have selected the correct authentication type and entered the password.


2. Make sure "NTT DOCOMO" is chosen under the network setting. (Not JP DOCOMO)

(Setting >Mobile Networks >Service providers >NTT DOCOMO.)


3. Make sure "Data enabled" is on.

Try turning it off and then on again.
(Setting >Mobile Network >Data Enabled.)

1. You might be in a place with no service. Please check the signal in a different place.


2. If you don't see any signal bar or "3G, "LTE", or "H" next to them, please check the network mode.

The phone cannot receive the signal in Japan when [GSM Only] mode is selected.
Please change it to [GSM/3G/LTE(Auto)], [LTE/WCDMA] and etc.
(Setting >More...>Mobile Networks>Network Mode)


3. Still can't get connected to the Internet?

Unfortunately, your device may not be compatible or locked.
If you wish to get a refund, please post back the SIM card with the Refund Request Slip within 2 days including the start date.

(General >Reset >Reset Network Settings >Enter your 4-digit pass code >Reset Network Settings)
