We would like to remind you that our office will be closed on December 31st[Sunday], January 1st[Monday] and 3rd [Wednesday].
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and we would appreciate your understanding.

1. Please book early if you are planning to start your rental between January 1st and 6th.

2. Express Shipping will not be available on the following dates; December 31st[Sunday], January 1st[Monday] and 3rd [Wednesday]..

3. Just like on Sundays, we will be unable to provide certain services on those dates as below.

• We will not be able to respond to the emails as quick as normal working days.
• We will not be able to forward the packages even if your flight delays and etc. We recommend you get the items delivered to your hotel.
• We will not be able to send you a replacement SIM card even if you ordered a wrong size. Please make sure you are ordering the correct size.

Please read the pages below carefully to avoid delivery and pick up troubles.
