Rental Plan Upgrade


If after your rental begins you would like more data, upgrading your plan is an option.

Upgrade Within the 2 Day Refund Period

  1. Contact Customer Support to Request Your Upgrade
  2. Within 2 days, return the item by the provided envelope. Place your new order immediately.
  3. Upon Return, you will receive a refund minus Shipping and Handling Fees
  4. Your new item will be shipped with a free upgrade to Express Shipping.

Upgrade After Refund Eligibility has Passed

  1. Contact Customer Support to Request Your Upgrade
  2. Place your new order as soon as possible. Your new item will be shipped with a free upgrade to Express Shipping.
  3. Return the old item as desired. You may return the item immediately or keep the item until the new item has arrived.
  4. Upon return of the old item, you will receive a partial refund for the original order. We will recalculate your plan based on when the item is placed in the post, and you will receive the corresponding refund.
