If after your rental begins you would like more data, upgrading your plan is an option.
Upgrade Within the 2 Day Refund Period
- Contact Customer Support to Request Your Upgrade
- Within 2 days, return the item by the provided envelope. Place your new order immediately.
- Upon Return, you will receive a refund minus Shipping and Handling Fees
- Your new item will be shipped with a free upgrade to Express Shipping.
Upgrade After Refund Eligibility has Passed
- Contact Customer Support to Request Your Upgrade
- Place your new order as soon as possible. Your new item will be shipped with a free upgrade to Express Shipping.
- Return the old item as desired. You may return the item immediately or keep the item until the new item has arrived.
- Upon return of the old item, you will receive a partial refund for the original order. We will recalculate your plan based on when the item is placed in the post, and you will receive the corresponding refund.
